Renewal Term No.#3: May 24,2020 to May 23,2021
The above referenced Contract's term ended May 23,2020.Pursuant to the Contract,contract renewals are at the sole option
of the City. Both parties have been operating under the provisions of the Contract since that date.This letter serves as notice
that the City is exercising its right to renew the Contract for the last additional one-year period, which will be effective as
of May 24, 2020 and will end on May 23, 2021. All other terms and conditions of CSC No. 49099 remain unchanged.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter, along with a copy of your current insurance certificate, to the
address set forth below,acknowledging receipt of the Notice of Contract Renewal.

I did review this renewal. Since it was a standard renewal, it is fine if it doesn't have my legal approval signature since an
attorney approved the original agreement and I did review the renewal to ensure it was permissible to move forward.
