STANDARD AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
SECOND ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL FACILITY

COUNTY OF TARRANT
WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth and Pierce Goodwin Alexander & Linville, Inc.,
(Consultant) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 50096 (The Contract)
which was authorized by the City Council by M&C C-28439, the 17th day of December,
2016, for a New Second Animal Care and Control Facility; and
WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary to reimburse the Consultant as part of the
design services agreement for additional design services for a new Oncor Easement.
NOW THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the
Contract:

Article I — Scope of Services, Paragraph (3) shall be added to read as follows:
(3) Provide additional design services for the design and detailing of a new Oncor
Easement. The cost of this additional service is $1,375.00 plus $0.00 in
reimbursable expenses. The scope of services is described more fully in Pierce
Goodwin Alexander & Linville, Inc. Letter dated June 14, 2020, subject: "Change
of Services Amendment no. 03 — Additional Landscape Modifications, CITY OF
FORT WORTH SECOND ANIMAL CARE & CONTROL FACILITY.

Article II — Compensation, first paragraph, is amended as follows:
"Consultant shall be compensated in accordance with the Fee Schedule shown
in Attachment "A". Payment shall be considered full compensation for all labor,
materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the services
described in Attachment "K. However the total fee paid by the City shall not
exceed a total of $1,151,310.00 unless the City and the Consultant mutually
agree upon a fee amount for additional services and amend this Agreement
accordingly."

Change in Services Amendment No.03-Additional Landscape Modifications
CITY OF FORT WORTH SECOND ANIMAL CARE &CONTROL FACILITY
This AdditionaL Services Agreement is made as of the date above between PGAL(the
"Architect")and the City of Fort Worth (the"City","Client"and"Owner") for the
Second Animal Care&Control Facility(the"Project").
This Additional Services Agreement incorporates the additional project scope and
services of the Architect described herein into the Agreement Between Client and
Architect dated December 28, 2017,for this project(hereinafter referred to as the
"Original Agreement").
1.o ADDITIONAL PROJECT SCOPE AND SERVICES
The additional scope requires modification of plans and details to include the
following:
1. 1 Adjust trees and related irrigation bubblers for new retaining wall location
1.2 Show new grading, culvert and sign location at the site entry and redesign
the shrub bed accordingly.
1.3 Redesign the irrigation to align with the new beds.
1.4 Update the Urban Forestry drawings,and associated charts as needed
2.0 PROFESSIONAL FEES
For the services described herein,the Client shall compensate the Architect as
follows:
2.1 Fixed Fee (excluding Reimbursable Expenses): $ 1,375.00
3.o REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES
Reimbursable Expenses shall be:
3.1 as described in the Original Agreement
4.0 MISCELLANEOUS
4. 1 Unless otherwise stated herein,the terms and conditions of the OriginaL
Agreement shall prevail.
4.2 This Change in Service will be referenced and invoiced as"Additional
Landscape Modifications".
