AMENDMENT No.1
TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT
VflMREiAJS, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and MV Engineering,
Inc. , (ENGINEER) made and entered into City Secretary Contract
No. 48211 (the CONTRACT) which was authorized by M&C C-27916 on
the 13th day of September, 2016 in the amount of $263,877 .00;
and
WHEiRrUS, the CONTRACT involves engineering services for
the following project:
Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation, Contract 96; and
NMURUAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment
No. 1 to the CONTRACT to include an increased scope of work and
revised fee.
NOWTHEIINFORE, CITY and ENGINEER, acting herein by and
through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the
following agreement, which amends the CONTRACT:

Article I of the CONTRACT is amended to include the
additional engineering services specified in a proposal dated
August 22, 2020, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein. The cost to City for the additional design
services to be performed by Engineer totals $19,725.00 (Sewer:
WP30) .

Article II of the CONTRACT is amended to provide for an
increase in the fee to be paid to Engineer for all work and
services performed under the Contract, as amended, so that the
total fee paid by the City for all work and services shall be
an amount of $283, 602 .00.
3.
All other provisions of the Contract, which are not
expressly amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect.

Reference: Amendment No. 1- SS96 Contract
Dear: Mr. Sholola:
MV Engineering (MVE) is pleased to present this Amendment No.1 for
additional services to the City project No. 48211.
Amendment No. 1 includes the effort necessary to extend the project limit
downstream to upgrade the exiting sanitary sewer line (L-4670)along
Lenore Street from existing manhole at the intersection of Edgefield
Road and Lenore Street, to the manhole on Lenore Street just south of
IH20 East Bound Frontage Road.
MVE will provide the necessary survey and design services to upgrade
the existing 6" sewer line to an 8" sewer line at a total fee not to
exceed $19,725.00.
Following is project fee summary:
Original Contract (M&C C-27916) $263, 877
Amendment No.1 $19, 725
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $283, 602
