Dear Sharif,
Please accept this letter as notice the City of Fort Worth is exercising the first one (1) year
lease renewal with Barket Corporation dba McCart Village for 7650 McCart Avenue, Fort
Worth,Texas 76133, currently being used by the Fort Worth Police Department.
Per City Secretary Contract number 37785-A2,the Second Amendment to the Lease
provides for three (3) one (1) year renewals with written notice from Lessee to the Lessor.
This one (1) year renewal will commence on October 1, 2020 and expire on September 30,
2021 at a base rental rate of$7,197.79 per month.
