JUSTIFICATION(REASONS)FOR CHANGE ORDER
Change Order No.4 will provide an additional 370 days on the project for the following:
• The time period it took to negotiate and restore several large tracts of land (across which the project
sewer main was installed)to the propety owners satisfaction.In some cases it took a couple of attempts
before the property owenrs were satisfied with restoration.
• Delay in delivery of fontain stop logs for the project junction structures which took longer than
anticipted.
It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents
payment in full(both time and money)for all costs arising out of,or incidental to,the above Change Order.
