LICENSE AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND
CARLYLE/CYPRESS WEST 7&LP
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth, a Texas home rule municipal corporation
("Licensee") entered into a License Agreement ("Agreement") (City Secretary Contract No.
50615) effective January 1, 2018 with Carlyle/Cypress West 7th, a Delaware Limited Partnership
("Licensor") for the property located at 2807 West 7th Street, Fort Worth, Texas, 76107, more
particularly described in the License ("Premises"); and
WHEREAS, that certain License provides the Licensee two (2) one year license renewal
options at the end of the primary term effective on October 1, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the second one (1) year renewal license option expires on September 30,
2020; and
WHEREAS, the Licensor and Licensee desire to extend the term on a month to month
basis;
NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
Under Section 2.2
Effective October 1, 2020, this Agreement will extend on a month to month basis until
terminated by either pursuant to Section 14 of the Agreement.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and
effect.
