FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE LICENSE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH
AND
THE FORT WORTH CONVENTION AND VISITOR'S BUREAU
This First Amendment to the License Agreement ("Amendment") is entered into
by and between the City of Fort Worth (the "City"), a home-rule municipal corporation of
the State of Texas and The Fort Worth Convention and Visitor's Bureau (the "FWCVB").
RECITALS
WHEREAS,the City and the FWCVB entered into a License Agreement,executed
December 28, 2016, (City Secretary Contract Number 48522), to allow the Fort Worth
Herd (the"Herd"),a division of the FWCVB, use of the former Mounted Police Patrol area
located at 2500 N Houston Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76164 for temporary housing of
livestock and storage and;
WHEREAS, the City and the FWCVB desire to amend the License Agreement to
extend the term and include the area adjacent to the Licensed Premises formerly licensed
to Rodeo Plaza Incorporated;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein expressed,
the parties agree to amend the License Agreement as follows:
Under Section 1. LICENSED PREMISES.
A. Identification: delete the second paragraph in its entirety and Exhibit"A" in
the License Agreement and replace with the following:
The location and boundary of the Licensed Premises is identified in Exhibit "A,"
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes as though it were set forth
at length. For purposes of this Agreement, the designated space as identified in Exhibit
"A" is referred to as the "Licensed Premises."

Under Section 2. TERM OF AGREEMENT.
Extend the term to a period of five (5) years, effective September 1, 2020 and
terminating on August 31,2025 and provide for the five(5)automatic one(1)year renewals
options and the end of the initial term.
All other terms and conditions of the License Agreement remain unchanged and in
full force and effect.
