JUSTIFICATION(REASONS)FOR CHANGE ORDER
Staff concurs with the contractor's request for 60 additional calendar days on the project for the time it took to fabricate-change
two canopy structures and other related work adjustments, due to Covid-19 pandemic.
It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment
in full(both time and money)for all costs arising out of,or incidental to,the above Change Order.

Subject: Letter of Delays
Farida, we are requesting the date for f inal completion be adjusted 60 additional days from the
date stated in CO 1. The additional days requested are based on the following list of work
items that have caused delays in the project schedule.
New final completion date: September 30, 2020.
Delays:
1. Shop fabrication delays of canopy structurers.
2. Work adjustments due to recent Covid-19 pandemic.
