the City of Fort Worth, hereinafter referted to as the'Propeity"; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth does not have facilifies with which to provide
wastewater service to the Property; and
WHEREAS, owners of certain tots min the Propefty have requested the Cry of
Azle to provide wastewater service to their lots; and
W H--EFE-AS, the City of Azle is agreeable 4o provide wastewater service to certain
owners of the lots wghin the Property; and
