FIRST AMENDMENT
TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 53787
UNIFIED SIGN AGREEMENT
This FIRST AMENDMENT TO UNIFIED SIGN AGREEMENT is entered
into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a municipal corporation of the
State of Texas located within Tarrant, Denton, Parker, Johnson and Wise Counties, Texas
(hereinafter referred to as the "City") acting herein by and through its duly authorized
City Manager or duly designated representative, and WARE VISTA SOUTHGATE 41,
LP., a Texas linuted liability company (hereinafter referred to as "Company") acting
herein by and through its duly authorized representative.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City") and Ware Vista Southgate 41, LP
("Company") made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 53787 Unified Sign
Agreement (`'Agreement") on April 13, 2020; and
WHEREAS, "Exhibit B" in the Agreement depicts the sign type, height and width
dimensions of the allowable signage within the Property; and
WHEREAS, the Company is seeking to revise the tenant panels on Signs D and E,
depicted in "Exhibit B" of the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, it advisable to execute this Amendment to the Agreement to revise
"Exhibits B" in the Agreement in order to depict the revised quantity of tenant panels on
Signs D and E, revised placement of Signs D, E and G, and addition of Lots 8 and 9
allowed within the Property.

NOW THEREFORE, City and Company, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives,do mutually covenant and agree that City Secretary Contract No.
53787 Unified Sign Agreement, is hereby amended as follows:
1.
"Exhibit B", depicting the types of allowable signage on the Property and their
respective dimensions, is hereby revised and amended with Exhibits B-1 and B-2 attached
hereto and incorporated herein to the Agreement.
2.
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
