SECOND RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 52036
A NON-EXCLUSIVE MOWING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE SERVICES LLC.
This SECOND RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 52036
("Second Renewal")is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH("City"),a
home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized
Assistant City Manager, and PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE SERVICES, LLC, ("Contractor"), a Texas
limited liability company,acting by and through its duly authorized representative.
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor entered into a non-exclusive mowing and grounds
maintenance services agreement, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract Number 52036
("Agreement");
WHEREAS,the primary term of the Agreement included a one-year term from March 5,2019 to
March 4,2020,along with four(4)additional one-year renewal options;
WHEREAS, the parties renewed and extended the Agreement for a portion of the first one-year
renewal term, for a period beginning on March 5, 2020 and ending on November 30, 2020, the same
being CSC No. 52036-R1 (CSC Nos. 52036 and 52036-R1 are collectively referred to as the
"Agreement");
WHEREAS, the parties desire to exercise a one-year renewal option, effective beginning on
December 1,2020 and ending on November 30,2021; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement for as
follows:
I.
The City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement for a one-year period,
effective beginning on December 1,2020 and ending on November 30,2021.
II.
1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect except as
specifically set forth in this Second Renewal.
2. All terms of this Second Renewal that are capitalized but not defined have the meanings
assigned to them in the Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Contractor have executed this Second Renewal to be
effective on December 1,2020.
