TERMINATION OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES AGREEMENT
(CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 48795)
This TERMINATION OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES AGREEMENT
("Termination") is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, a home-rule
municipal corporation of the State of Texas, ("City"), and LVG Investments LLC, a Texas
limited liability company("Developer").
WHEREAS, the City and Developer entered into a Community Facilities Agreement for
the construction of public infrastructure for a project generally described as Crystal Springs, City
Project Numbers 100017 & 100252 (City Secretary Contract Number 48795); and
WHEREAS, Developer has sold the property that was the subject of the Community
Facilities Agreement and the City has entered into new community facilities agreements with the
buyer for the construction of public infrastructure necessary for the development of the property;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Developer agree to terminate the Agreement as follows:
1.
City and Developer agree that City Secretary Contract Number 48795 is terminated
effective upon execution of this Termination.
2.
City will reconcile the estimated material testing and inspection fees paid by Developer to
the City and refund all unused amounts to Developer.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the City and Developer have executed this Termination to be
effective on the date signed by the City's Assistant City Manager.
