Dear Mr. Simons,
As you are aware,the City is ending its sheltering activities at its emergency shelter located at TownePlace
Suites,4200 International Plaza,Fort Worth,Texas("Emergency Shelter")as of December 30,2020.The
term of the Contract will expire on December 30,2020 and,pursuant to the Contract,the City has the right
to terminate the Contract upon delivery of two weeks' written notice. This letter is to inform you that the
City is exercising its right to let the Contract expire on December 30, 2020. Please return this signed
acknowledgement letter to the address set forth below, acknowledging receipt of the Contract
Termination Notice. Failure to provide a signed acknowledgment does not affect the termination of
the Contract.
