Re: Month to Month Lease term extension for the Leased Premises at 8851 Camp Bowie
West, Suite 300, Fort Worth, Texas (as previously amended, the "Lease") (City Secretary
Contract No. 35306)
Mr. Hoffman:
This letter is to confirm the City of Fort Worth's desire to extend the lease term
on a month to month basis for the Leased Premises at 8815 Camp Bowie West, Suite 300,
Fort Worth, Texas, 76116.
The Lease (City Secretary Contract No. 35306) term originally began on May 1,
2007 and through subsequent renewals, expires November 30, 2020.
This letter agreement is to document that the parties mutually agree to the
following:
• Term: Extend the lease term on a month to month basis effective
December 1, 2020.
• Rental Rate: $24,413.96 per month
• Termination: Lessor and Lessee shall each have the right and option to
terminate the month to month lease term by providing no less than thirty
(30) days prior written notice to the other party. Rent for any partial
calendar month shall be prorated on a per diem basis.

The signatures on the following page indicate each party's concurrence with these
terms. This letter of agreement has the same authority as an amendment to the Lease, and
will be recorded in the Office of the City Secretary of Fort Worth.
