and Conservation, LLC.,("Conservator")
Contract No. CSC No. 53001 ("Contract")
Renewal Term No.1:
Pursuant to the Contract, the term of the Agreement was to end on September 30, 2020. The contract states t iat renewals
are at the sole option of the City. Prior to the end of the term, the City made the decision to renew this contract for an
additional one year term. This letter is to inform you that the City is exercising its right to renew CSC No. 3001 for an
additional one year period,with its effective date starting on October 1, 2020 and ending on September 30,2021. All other
terms and conditions of CSC No. 53001 remain unchanged. Please return this signed acknowledgement letter, along
with a copy of your current insurance certificate,to the address set forth below,acknowledging receipt cf the Notice
of Contract Renewal.
