HomeMy WebLinkAboutContract 45552 (2)Memorandum of Agreement By and Between THIS Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") is entered into 11 April, 2014 by the City of Fort Worth and BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services Inc. Purpose To establish a MOA between the City of Fort Worth and BAE Systems for the provisioning of Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting Requirements (ARFF) services supporting BAE Systems flight and ground operations at Fort Worth Alliance Airport. Agreement In accordance with DCMA INST 8210.1C, Contractor's Flight and Ground Operations, the parties agree those services to be provided by City of Fort Worth to BAE Systems covering the requirements set forth in National Aerospace Standard (NAS) 3306, Facility Requirements for Aircraft Operations, in areas of procedures, training, exercises, response time and inspections. The City of Fort Worth affirms the support to be provided are professional services as specified in DCMA INST 8210.1C and NAS 3306, and meet the standards set for therein. As tenants of Fort Worth Alliance Airport, the services to be provided shall be afforded to BAE Systems at no cost to either party. The City of Fort Worth shall participate in any necessary meetings, training, exercises, and inspections upon request from BAE Systems. The City of Fort Worth and BAE Systems agree to cooperate and renew this MOA annually to ensure the City of Fort Worth can continue to meet the requirements set forth in DCMA INST 8210.1C and NAS 3306.
