1. The following is an amendment to the terms and conditions of CWOTS No. 1922T11
Cost increase due to additional facilities being placed due to original tie in locations being
under road pavement and additional pole span placed by ONCOR not on original plans. Also
in order to splice AT&T will have to hire flaggers to be present during splicing. This increased
contractor, splicing, material, and engineer cost.
2. The estimated cost in the CWOTS issued in this matter is adjusted to the following amount:
