SECOND AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 53926
This Second Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 53926 ("First
Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Client"), a municipal corporation and
United Electronic Recycling, LLC ("UER").
WHEREAS, Client and UER entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 53926 beginning May 19, 2020 (the"Agreement") and ending September
30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement was made through the one year term UER Master Services
Agreement for Regional Collection, Transportation, and Recycling of Used Electronics with the
North Central Texas Council of Governments with three options to renew; and
WHEREAS, the parties entered into the First Amendment exercising the first renewal to
extend the initial term to December 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, both parties wish to further exercise the second renewal and extend the
Agreement to December 31, 2021.
NOW THEREFORE, Client and UER, acting herein by the through their duly authorized
representatives, agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Section 1 "Services" of the Agreement is amended to extend the initial term of the
Agreement to end on December 31, 2021.
2. Client acknowledges that the UER Master Services Agreement for Regional
Collection, Transportation, and Recycling of Used Electronics with the North Central Texas
Council of Governments Appendix A and Appendix B were amended.
3. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement
shall not change and the not to exceed amount as described in Section VI "Pricing" shall remain
the same as stated.
