THIRD RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 50700
A NON-EXCLUSIVE MOWING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR PARKS,LIBRARIES,COMMUNITY CENTERS AND OTHER CITY FACILITIES
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND SCOTT LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE,INC.
This THIRD RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 50700 ("Third
Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH ("City"), a home-
rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City
Manager, and SCOTT LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE, INC. ("Contractor"), a Texas corporation,
acting by and through its duly authorized representative.
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor entered into a non-exclusive mowing and grounds
maintenance services agreement, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract Number 50700
("Agreement");
WHEREAS,the Agreement provides for an initial one-year term,with four(4) one-year renewal
options;
WHEREAS,the initial one-year term expired on April 22,2019;
WHEREAS,the City and Contractor exercised the First Renewal Term, which expired on April
22,2020,the same being City Secretary Contract No. 50700-R1A1;
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor exercised a portion of the Second Renewal, which
expired on November 30,2020,the same being City Secretary Contract No. 50700-R2;
WHEREAS,the parties desire to exercise the third one-year renewal option; and
NOW,THEREFORE,the City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement for one
additional year as follows:
I.
The City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement for the third renewal term of
one year,effective beginning on December 1,2020 and ending on November 30,2021.
II.
1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect
except as specifically set forth in this Third Renewal.
2. All terms of this Third Renewal that are capitalized but not defined shall have the
meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the City and Contractor have executed Third Renewal to be
