SECOND RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 52614
A NON-EXCLUSIVE MOWING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR POLICE PROPERTIES BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND WCD
ENTERPRISES LLC
This SECOND RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 52614
("Second Renewal")is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH("City"),a
home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized
Assistant City Manager, and WCD ENTERPRISES LLC, ("Contractor"), a Texas limited liability
company acting by and through its duly authorized representative.
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor entered into a non-exclusive mowing and grounds
maintenance services agreement, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract ("CSC") Number
52614;
WHEREAS,the Agreement provides for an initial one-year term,with four(4) one-year renewal
options;
WHEREAS,the initial one-year term expired on July 14,2020;
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor executed a First Amendment and Renewal, renewing CSC
52614 for a portion of the first renewal term through November 30, 2020 and revising the scope of
services. the same being City Secretary Contract No. 52614-A1R1; ("CSC Nos. 52614 and 52614-A1R1
are collectively referred to herein as the"Agreement")
WHEREAS, the parties desire to renew the Agreement a second time for a one-year period,
effective beginning on December 1,2020; and
NOW,THEREFORE,the City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement for one
additional year as follows:
I.
The City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement for the second renewal term of
one year,effective beginning on December 1,2020 and ending on November 30,2021.
II.
1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect except as
specifically set forth in this Second Renewal.
2. All terms of this Second Renewal that are capitalized but not defined have the meanings
assigned to them in the Agreement.
