The above referenced contract with the City of Fort Worth, as renewed and amended,
expires with the expenditure of funds. The funds for the contract have been expended or
programmed.This letter is to inform you that although the City has the right to renew the contract
for up to $740,000, it is renewing the contract for an amount up to $150,000, which will be
effective immediately upon execution by the designated Assistant City Manager. All other terms
and conditions of the contract,as amended,remain unchanged.Please sign and return the second
page of this letter,along with a copy of your current insurance certificate,to the undersigned.
