Re: Agreement to Terminate Contract
Contract No. CSC No. 54509 (the"Contract")
On September 22, 2020, the City and Industrious Aus 823 Congress Avenue LLC
("Industrious") executed City Secretary Contract No. 54509 for the use of certain office space.
The City later determined that a larger office space was required and, on December 4, 2020, City
and Industrious executed City Secretary Contract No. 54986. City and Industrious agree that the
former agreement, City Secretary Contract No.'54509, was superseded and replaced by the new
-agreement, City Secretary Contract No. 54986: Accordingly, City and Industrious further agree
that City Secretary Contract No. 54509 is terminated effective December 4, 2020 and that City
shall owe no fees or amounts accruing on or after December 4, 2020 to Industrious under the
Contract. The new agreement, City Secretary Contract No. 54986, shall remain in full force and
effect.
