of the termination notice period stated in the Contract (30 days after this notice is provided). Please
return this signed acknowledgement letter to the address set forth below, acknowledging
receipt of the Contract Termination Notice. Failure to provide a signed acknowledgment
does not affect the termination of the Contract.
