Home My WebLink AboutContract 54263-AD1CSC No. 54263-AD1 FORT WORTH SPINKS AIRPORT MASTER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT ADDENDUM NO. 1 This Addendum No. 01 - Scope of Work (SOW) is made as of M a r 15� 2�21 , under the terms and conditions established in the MASTER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT between the City of Fort Worth ("City") and Garver, LLC. ("Engineer"), the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract (CSC) No. 54263 (the "Master Agreement" or"MSA"). This Scope of Work is made for the following purposes, consistent with the services defined in the Master Agreement: GIS services and deliverables for inclusion in the City of Fort Worth GIS database at Fort Worth Spinks Airport. In particular, Engineer shall perform those functions identified below in the Scope of Services, as such services are more fully detailed in the MSA. Section I. Scope of Services 1.1 General Generally, the scope of services includes GIS services and deliverables for inclusion in the City of Fort Worth GIS database. Garver will analyze airspace impacts to adjacent property at Fort Worth Spinks airport and provide GIS data to the client. 1.2 GIS Tasks 1.2.1 Create 3D Airspace Garver will create 3-Dimensional surfaces of the following airspace surFaces for each runway at Fort Worth Spinks airport: • FAR Part 77 Civil Imaginary Surfaces • Threshold Siting Surface and Glideslope Qualification SurFaces • Departure Surfaces The development of these surfaces will be based on existing conditions or ultimate development plans supplied by airport staff. The establishment of these surFaces will be based on the guidance of: • FAR Part 77 Civil Imaginary Surfaces (dated July 21, 2010) • FAA AC 150/5300-13A (dated September 28, 2012) • FAA Engineering Brief 99A (dated July 24, 2020) Surfaces will be created in CADD format and converted to GIS surfaces for further analysis. These surfaces will be based on data obtained from the FAA 5010 form regarding approach minimums to each runway. WORTH� TX Page 1 of 6 The City of Fort Worth will provide existing GIS files related to zoning and topography in the area surrounding the airport impacted by this analysis. All data obtained from the City by the Engineer will assume to be correct. 1.2.2 Create Critical 3D Surface The engineer will utilize surfaces from Task 1.2.1 to create a minimum elevation surface by combining surFaces and extracting the most critical (lowest elevation) areas where surfaces overlap. 1.2.3 Identify Impacted Parcels The engineer will extract the parcels (provided by the city) that intersect or fall within the boundaries of the surfaces from Task 1.2.2. All data obtained from the City by the Engineer will assume to be correct. No additional attribution of the parcel SHP file will be completed. Additional attribution of parcel SHP file will be considered Additional Services. 1.2.4 Packaqe and Deliver GIS The engineer will package all GIS SHP files and Surfaces together and deliver to the City in one electronic package. Garver will participate in one (1) meeting with City of Fort Worth staff to discuss the project. 1.3 Project Deliverables The following will be submitted to the Client, or others as indicated, by Garver: 1. Electronic 3D FAR Part 77 Airspace. 2. Electronic 3D Approach Surfaces 3. Electronic 3D Departure Surfaces. 4. Electronic Combined Critical Surface. 5. Electronic Intersecting Parcels SHP File. 6. Electronic GIS Map Package File. Section 2. Schedule: Garver shall begin work under this agreement within ten (10) days of a Notice to Proceed and shall complete the work in accordance with the schedule below: Phase Description Calendar Days GIS Services 60 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed and existing date from the City. Compensation, Reimbursable Expenses, and Billinq Terms: Processing and payment of Fees and Reimbursable Expenses, including the structure of payments and invoicing therefor, shall be in accordance with the Master Professional Services Agreement. The total Fee that shall be paid to Engineer for the services within this Addendum_shall be an amount of $9,000 and will be paid accordance with Article 2(a) and Article 3 of the Master Service Agreement. If the City requests additional documentation of expenses, the Engineer shall provide such information if available. A copy of the fee proposal is attached as Appendix A. Engineer shall submit invoices for Fees and Reimbursable Expenses to Tyler Dale in the City's Aviation Department. On full and final completion of the Services for this Scope of Work, the Engineer shall submit a final invoice. Section 4. Counterparts; Electronically Transmitted Siqnature: This SOW may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be considered an original, but such counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument and agreement. Any signature delivered by a party by facsimile or other electronic transmission (including email transmission of a portable document file (pdf) or similar image shall be deemed to be an original signature hereto.
