JUSTIFICATION (REASONS) FOR CHANGE ORDER
The change order will provide for ihe insfallation of two -10 feet double calfle gates to satisfy easement conditions of a properly owner. An
additional 380. days is needed on lhe project for the contractor not being able to commission lhe meter station until another contractor
completed its construction, the relocation of conflicling power poles, and protracted negotiations with some adjacent property owners to
resolve post construction issues an their properties.
It is understood and agreed ihat ihe acceptance of Ihis Change Ortler by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment
in full (both time and money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to, the above Change Order.
