Home My WebLink AboutContract 53859-A1CSC No. 53859-A1 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CITY OF FORT WORTH CONTRACT 53859 This Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter "Buyer"), a home rule municipality, with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas, and Bean Electrical, Inc. ("Vendor"), Buyer and Vendor may be referred to individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties. WHEREAS, on April 28, 2020, the Parties entered into City Secretary Contract 53859 to provide Miscellaneous Utility Work For Flood Warning ("Agreement/Contract"); WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to add and revise line items in the Contract. NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, acting herein by the through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement: 1. AMENDMENTS The Contract is hereby amended without change in contract total cost of $134,825.00 as follows: 1). Line item #1: Concrete foundation quantity is reduced to 2 without change in unit cost, 2). Line item #4: Pelco 4" sch-40 threaded one end pole is reduced in quantity to 2 without change in unit cost, 3). Line item #8: Flasher enclosure is reduced in quantity to 1 without change in unit cost, 4). Line item #12: Below ground metal conduit diameter is increased from 1" to 1'/z" with change in unit cost from $65 per linear feet (LF) for 1" to $71/LF for 1'/z" diameter conduit, 5).Line items #13, #14, #15, and #16: conduit diameter is increased from 1" to 1'/z" with change in unit costs from $45/LF for 1" to $50/LF for 1'/z" diameter conduit, 6). Line item #17: U-brackets changed from 1" to 1'/z" for change in unit cost from $30/LF for 1" to $35/LF for 1'/z" diameter conduit, 7).The following line items are added to the contract: Lower antenna boxes at unit cost of $1,500 with quantity of 1 for total of $1,500, Setting ground boXes at unit cost of $700 with quantity of 1 for total of $700, Delineators at unit cost of $75 with quantity of 98 for total of $7,350, and Labor rate with equipment for miscellaneous tasks as-needed at unit cost of $390/hour for total of $19,500. 2. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. OFFICIAL RECORD CITY SECRETARY FT.
