JUSTIFICATION (REASONS) FOR CHANGE ORDER
This Change Order provides compensation for the additional pipe footage that was installed during repair
of the 90-inch sewer main closest to the river at the Trinity River bank erosion protection project. The
longer duration of pipe replacement also necessitated additional by-pass pumping. The change order will
also allow for the relocation of the by-pass pumping HOPE pipes from the job site to the Village Creek
Treatmement Plant.
It is understootl antl agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord antl satisfaction and represents payment
in full (both time antl money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to, the above Change Order.
