JUSTIFICATION (REASONS) FOR CHANGE ORDER
Tri-County Electric was unable to provide power for the elevated tank. Solar panels were provided to power the tank as an alternative solution.
The contractor provided value engineering designs during shop drawing review that resulted in a deduction in the cost of the elevated tank.
Staff recommends 37 additional calendar days on this change order.
It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment
in full (both time and money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to, the above Change Order.
