WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth and Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford (Architect) made and entered into City
Secretary Contract No. 42524 (The Contract)which was administratively approved in the amount of
$10,000.00 plus up to$5,000.00 in reimbursable expenses on November 4, 2011; and Amendment No. 1
in the amount of$1,330.00 was administratively approved on March 29, 2012; and Amendment No.2 in
the amount of$104, 964.00 was approved by City Council on August 21, 2012 (M&C C-25795); and
Amendment No. 3 in the amount of$3,290.00 was administratively approved on October 22, 2012; and
Amendment No. 4 in the amount of$12,020.00 was administratively approved on October 30, 2012; and
WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary to obtain Civil Engineering's construction administration
services for the WRMC Richardson-Bass Building Exhibit Area Renovation project; and
NOW THEREFORE, City and Architect, acting herein by and through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the Contract:
1.
Article 1.1, SECTION I—SERVICES OF THE ARCHITECT, a paragraph is added to read as follows:
"Provide Civil Engineering construction administration services during the construction phase of
the WRMC Richardson-Bass Building Exhibit Area Renovation project. The cost of these
Additional Services is $1,250.00 The Additional Services is described more fully in the Hahnfeld
Hoffer Stanford's letter dated February 25, 2013 subject: Proposal for Additional Services, City of
Fort Worth, Texas, WRMC (Will Rogers Memorial Center) Richardson Bass Exhibit Area, which is
attached hereto as Attachment"A"and made a part of this Agreement."

Paragraph 1 of SECTION V-COMPENSATION TO ARCHITECT, is amended as follows:
"The total compensation for all of the assignments to be performed by Architect as described in
CHARACTER AND EXTENT of ARCHITECT'S SERVICES hereof shall be a fixed fee of
$127,854.00 plus up to$10,000.00 in reimbursable expenses."

All other provisions of this Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and
effect.

Dear Mr.Meza:
I am sending you this proposal for additional services to provide Construction Administration services
by our Civil Engineers. Our original proposal did not include any of this scope of work for Dunaway
Associates, L.P. because their original proposal inadvertently omitted the Construction Administration
Phase. The proposal includes a fee from Dunaway, as Exhibit 'A'. Please review and amend our
contract to include these services.Thank you.

Hereby requests and authorizes Dunaway Associates, L.P. (Dunaway)to perform the following additional
services.
Scope of Work
1. Construction Administration $1,000.00
Dunaway will provide construction administration services as follows:
a. Review and respond on the Client's behalf for shop drawing submittals related to elements of
the design for which Dunaway is responsible.
b. Review and respond to written Requests for Information from the Client's contractor regarding
elements of the design for which Dunaway Is responsible.
c. Make monthly site visits during construction for a cursory review of progress of construction.
Please note that Dunaway does not provide construction inspection services.We recommend
that the Client retain a geotechnical engineer to provide inspection of private site
improvements.
d. Make special visits to the site if requested by the Client. The proposed fee budgets up to 2
man-hours once a month for these meetings.Additional meetings beyond this will be billed as-
needed on an hourly basis. If the Client would like the budgeted number of meetings per
month to be increased or decreased,this proposal can be revised accordingly.
2. Reimbursable Expenses $250.00
Dunaway will provide a budget for reimbursable expenses for charges that apply to the Client's
project.
Compensation: $ 1,250.00 (Lump Sum)

"Standard Terms&Conditions,"under the original Agreement dated June 22, 2012,
