• City understands that the ACMAA will handle all publicity for this program, including social media
and networking groups. Please contact Kimberly Daniell, Head of Marketing, for any questions
regarding advertising and marketing at kimberly�cartermuseum.orq or 817.989.5067. She can
provide text and links to event information for personal use. Sharing information about the event on
your own platforms is strongly encouraged!
• When commenting on or about the museum, City Representative should indicate that they are
working with the museum. Please verify prior to posting that all information is factually correct. The
museum will request that factually incorrect or inflammatory content is corrected or removed.
• City will provide social media handles, if applicable, to help the ACMAA advertise the program
online. See end of document for list.
• All information pertaining to ACMAA collection, program, and exhibition initiatives, including but not
limited to artwork checklist, label copy, financials, and other materials, is confidential and may not be
shared, republished, or disseminated with other parties and may be used solely for the speakers
preparation.
• City has completed the W9 form to include in the packet to the ACMAA. The ACMAA retains
taxpayer identification information and issues 1099 Miscellaneous Income statements for tax
purposes.
• City Representative has included a bio and/or CV to be used for press, advertising, and introduction
purposes.
• City Representative has included a photograph for press and advertising purposes. If possible, the
photography should be at least 300 dpi, no smaller than 5x7 inches, and horizontally formatted.
