Dear Mr. Sharif,
Please accept this letter as notice that the City of Fort Worth is exercising its second, one (1) year lease
renewal with Barket Corporation, d/b/a McCart Village, for the space located at for 7650 McCart
Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76133 that is currently used by the Fort Worth Police Department.
The Second Amendment to the Lease, executed October 3, 2018 (City Secretary Contract number
37785-A2), provides for three (3) one (1) year renewals, each with a written notice from Lessee.
This one (1) year renewal will commence on October 1, 2021 and expire on September 30, 2022 and
with a base rental rate of $7,413.72 per month.
