This Second Amendment to City 5ecretary Contract Number 50733 ("Second
Amendment") is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter "City"), a home rule
municipality, with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas, and PRP
Services, LLC dba Municipal Mosquito (hereafter Contractor") a Texas Limited Liability Company.
City and Contractor shall be referred to individually as a"Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
WHEREAS, on or about May 8, 2018, the Parties entered into City Secretary Contract 50733
for Contractor to provide West Nile Virus Consulting and Mosquito Control Services ("Contract"); and
WHEREAS, the Contract provided the contract would be for an initial term of one year with
four (4) one-year renewal options for a total of sixty (60) months by subsequent agreement by both parties;
and
WHEREAS, on or about March 22, 2019 the Contract was amended ("First Amendment") to
allow for automatic renewals; and
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend the Contract to reflect a reduction in price for adulticiding
services from $45.00 per mile for Truck Mounted ULV Fogging to $42.00 per linear mile.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, acting herein by the through their duly authorized
representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the Contract as follows:

AMENDMENTS
L The Contract is hereby amended by replacing Exhibit B of the Contract with the Exhibit B attached
to this Second Amendment.
2.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full
force and effect.
3.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Second Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be
an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or
computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the same
effect as anoriginal.
