P,MENDMENT No . 1
TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT No. 53609
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and TRINITY STAR ENTERPRISES,
INC, (CONTRACTOR) entered into City Secretary Contract No. 53609, (the
CONTRACT) which was administratively authorized on the 3rd day of March,
2020 in the amount of $ 80,000; and
WHEREAS, the CONTRACT was subsequently renewed administratively by
its terms on October 1, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the CONTRACT involves Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
services for the following project:
CCTV of Stormwater Facilities Citywide; and
WHEREAS, due to higher than projected CCTV needs to respond to cave-
ins, investigate drainage pipe concerns related to flooding, and identify
partnership opportunities, it has become necessary to execute Amendment
No. 1 to the CONTRACT, as renewed, to include an increased fee in the
amount of $20,000 so that CONTRACTOR can perform additional work through
the term of Renewal 1, which ends September 30, 2021, of the CONTRACT.
NOW THEREFORE, CITY and CONTRACTOR, acting herein by and through
their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following
agreement, which amends the CONTRACT:
1.
Article 3 of the CONTRACT is amended to include an additional amount
for the continuation of services to be performed by CONTRACTOR in the
amount of $20,000 for an increase in the fee to be paid to CONTRACTOR for
all work and services performed under the Contract, as renewed, so that
the total fee paid by the City for all work and services shall be an
amount of $100,000. (See Attached Funding Breakdown Sheet, Page -4-)

Al1 other provisions of the Contract, which are not expressly
amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect.
