When CO2 antl C04 were submittetl the contractor, The Fain Group, had requested additional days (CO2 —120 tlays & C04 - 75 days).
However, those were estimatetl amounts based on the information they had at the time, The time it took to install the new materials (fiber
manholes & contluit) took longer than anticipated tlue to issues with delivery. Additional time was also expentled tlue to the efforts necessary
in securing FWWR permission to cross their ROW which included crossing the conduit on a britlge, having to bore through the intersection of
8th Ave. and West Rosetlale Street (many utilities were encounteretl) and the time it took in attaining approval of the M&C for the above
mentioned change orders.
The Fain Group has worketl with the CFW on adding Traffic Management conduits for future fiber, at the request of the CFW and the contractor
is not responsible for subsequent delays. This is the final change order ut this project. We would request that this change ortler be
approved so that this project can be dosetl. ����.�-'��
