The change order will provide for the installation of 71 linear feet of 48-inch tunnel liner plate by other
than open cut (instead of by open cut) at the east end of Big Spruce Lane. The original plans provided for
open cut installation at the identified location, which would have necessitated closure of the Big Spruce /
Seawood intersection . By other than open cut installation will allow uninterrupted ,rgency
vehicles, thrash trucks, school buses and residents across the intersection. ��� �' '���
