AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 55148
A NON-EXCLUSIVE MOWING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR BOB BOLEN SAFETY COMPLEX AND SOUTHWEST MUNICIPAL BUILDING
CENTER
This FIRST AMENDMENT is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT
WORTH ("City"), a home rule municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas,
with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas, and LAWN PATROL
SERVICES INC. a Texas corporation, acting by and through its duly authorized representative
("Contractar").
WHEREAS, The City, through its Park & Recreation Department ("Park Department"),
contracts for mowing and ground maintenance services within the City;
WHEREAS, through ITB/RFP No. 21-0008 (`Bid"), the City solicited bids to award
exclusive service agreements to multiple bidders for mowing and ground maintenance services
on as as-needed basis in the City with and aggregate amount of $99,999.00 for contracts awarded
to the successful bidders;
WHEREAS, Contractor was one of the successful bidders awarded a contract to provide
non-exclusive mowing and grounds maintenance services to the City;
WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into a non-exclusive mowing and ground
maintenance services agreement, the same being City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 55148
("Contract"), which was executed on November 30r'', 2020; and
WHEREAS, the Contract involves mowing and grounds maintenance at Bob Bolen Public
Safety Complex located at 505 W. Felix Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76115 and the Southwest Municipal
Building Center located at 3741 SW Loop 820, Fort Worth, Texas 76133; and
WHEREAS, the original term of the Contract expires on November 29th, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the City and LAWN PATROL SERVICES INC. now wish to amend the original
Contract to clarify the location on bid lines 33, 34, 35 and 36 and to adjust pricing to reflect the correct
facility.

NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor, acting herein through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the contract:

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
The portions of Exhibit B of the Agreement pertaining to the Bob Bolen Safety Complex are
hereby amended to revise the pricing schedule on lines 33, 34, 35, and 36. All other locations in Exhibit B
remain unaffected by this First Amendment.

II.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full
force and effect.
III.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an
original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or
computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the
same effect as anoriginal.
