AMENDMENT AND RENEWAL NO. 1 TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 45906
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Amendment and Renewal is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth
(hereafter "City"), a home rule municipal corporation situated in portions of Tarrant, Denton and
Wise Counties, Texas, with its principal place of business at 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas, and Rocket Red, Ltd. (hereafter "ConsultanY'), a Texas Limited Liability
Company acting by and through Gayden Day, its duly authorized Principal, each individually
referred to as a"party" and collectively referred to as the "parties."
WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 45906 (the "Contract") for the purpose of Graphic Design, Marketing and Branding for
Meacham and Spinks Airports, which was executed on August 29, 2014 with an effective date of
September 1, 2014, and
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized two (2) one (1) year renewal options in Mayor
and Council Communication No. P-11690 ("M&C P-11690"); and
WHEREAS, the original term of the Contract expired on August 31, 2015; and

WHEREAS, the City and Rocket Red, Ltd. wish to amend the Contract to incorporate
the available renewals authorized by the Mayor and City Council in M&C P-11690; and
WHEREAS, the City and Rocket Red, Ltd. now wish to exercise the first renewal option
to extend the term of the Contract through August 31, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the contract:
1.
Section 2 Term.
The term of the Contract is hereby amended to extend the teim to expire August 31, 2016, unless
terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. Extension of the term shall
not require nor allow an increase of Consultant's Fee under the Contract.
After execution of this first renewal, the Contract has one (1) additional one-year option to
renew.

All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
