APPENDIX B-9A
In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement signed between TekSystems
Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client" or "City") effective as of November
6, 2013 and approved by M&C C-26551 on November 5, 2013 (the "AgreemenY'), this
Appendix B-9A is incorporated into the Agreement and hereby reads as follows:
1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein, unless
otherwise terminated in accordance with the Agreement, as amended.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Agreement, and specifically the services to be provided under Section 1
of said Agreement.
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows:
IT SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST
1. �nstall, customize, implement, and support systems and network operating
systems.
2. Design and implement local and wide area nefinrorks; provide support and
management to mainframe and/or network systems.
3. Analyze operating system and networking needs; consider and analyze
multiple possible solutions; develop work plans with specific procedures,
schedules, and time frame elements.
4.

Assist in monitoring and training lower level technical personnel.
Monitor system and network performance; optimize resource utilization.
6. Install and maintain network infrastructure; troubleshoot associated hardware
problems; manage maintenance functions as necessary.
7. Develop backup and recovery strategy for infrastructure servers.
8. Generate appropriate documentation; write analytical reports and appropriate
correspondence.
9. Attend training sessions and plan meetings as appropriate; stay current with
industry trends and innovations; research and analyze new technolo ies. __
10. Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
