APPENDIX B-11A
In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement signed between TekSystems
Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client" or "City") effective as of November
6, 2013 and approved by M&C C-26551 on November 5, 2013 (the "AgreemenY'), this
Appendix B-11A is incorporated into the Agreement and hereby reads as follows:

This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Agreement, and specifically the services to be provided under Section 1
of said Agreement.
The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows:
IT PROGRAMMER ANALYST II
1. Oversee and coordinate specialized computer systems and coordinate
nefinrork, midrange, mainframe, and personal computer interfacing; plan the
distribution and interaction of hardware and software components; write
necessary programs as assigned.
2. Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives;
establish schedules and methods for providing information systems and
services; implement policies and procedures.
3. Analyze information processing requirements and systems; translate
requirements defined during systems analysis into logical, economical, and
practical system design alternatives; participate in the maintenance and
modification of current systems.
4. Design program logic to comply with program specifications; write programs of
complexity ranging from moderate to complex primarily for client use; test data
and programs for accuracy.
5. Prepare technical reports and forms related to assigned information systems
and services division; write system documentation for staff and clients as
necessary; document and maintain records of programs designed and/or
modified.
6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality, responsiveness, efficiency and
effectiveness of assigned information systems programs, methods and

procedures; work with employees on the continuous improvement of
information systems and services.
7. As assigned, handle network, mainframe, midrange and personal computer
interFaces, including design and layout, to produce effective systems; prepare
detailed specifications of hardware and software components.
8. Serve as a liaison between assigned information systems division, city
personnel and departments, and outside agencies; assist city staff with various
aspects of information systems.
9. PerForm related duties and responsibilities as required.
