In accordance with the Professional
TEKsystems, Inc. ("Contractor") and the

"Agreement"), this Appendix B-25 is

1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein, but not later
than the end date set forth below.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, specifically the services to be provided
under Section 1 of said agreement.
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT LEVEL 2
a. Direct assigned deployment team on a daily basis to meet productivity and
quality goals as set by Windows 7 migration Project Manager.

Ensure team adheres to daily work schedule as assigned.
Address any contract personnel productivity or job performance issues.
d. Serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for assigned sites, providing direct
communication with IT, PD and Windows 7 migration Project Manager.
e. Serve as first escalation point for deployment team to evaluate and resolve
issues.
f. Effectively escalate risk or quality issues to the Project Manager for resolution,
mitigating the impact of these issues on productivity.
g. Provide daily productivity progress reports to the Project Manager.
