This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, specifically the services to be provided
under Section 1 of said agreement.
The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows:
IT Technical Support — Nefinrork Server Operating Systems, Applications and
Hardware
Perform a variety of duties in the support of nefinrork server operating systems,
applications and hardware.
Functions:
a) Monitor and manage network server operating systems and network server-based
applications and platforms including VMware and the Symantec Netbackup
environment.
b) Troubleshoot and resolve failed network server backup operations.
c) Manage and maintain network server backup infrastructure.
d) Backup and/or restore customer data as necessary.

e) Active Directory support and administration.
� Identify, develop and implement relevant performance and statistical reporting and
documentation of Active Directory system.
g) Support, maintain and troubleshoot network server hardware.

i) Assist and collaborate with other teams as a subject matter expert in the
development and evaluation of new technical solutions and implementations.
j) Assist those contacted in the course of duty in an effective, efficient, and
professional manner.
4. Personnel assigned to provide services under this Work Order:

End Date: September 3, 2016
Payment Terms:
Payment Rate: $75.00 per hour
5. This Appendix B-43 shall terminate immediately in the event the contract
personnel does not begin to provide contract services to the City under this
Appendix as of the Start Date stated above. If the contract personnel begins to
provide services, but Contractor provides notice to the City that the contract
personnel will no longer provide services under the Appendix, and such notice
is effective prior to the End Date stated above, then this Appendix shall
terminate immediately as of the effective date of the notice from Contractor.
