AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO
CITY OF FORT WORTH CONTRACT 54724
This Amendment of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 54724 ("Agreement") is
made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth" a home rile municipal corporation
of the State of Texas ("City'), acting herein by and through its duly authorized Assistant City
Manager, and AtlaStaff ("Vendor"), acting by and through Sue Beets, its duly authorized
representative. City and Vendor shall be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as
the "Parties."
WHEREAS, the Parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 54724 (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the non-exclusive Agreement was executed for Vendor to provide City
with temporary staffing services, including professionals, clerical workers and manual labor
(' leemporary Workers"), on an as needed basis: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3.2 ofthe Master Agreement, when services are needed.
the Parties are required to execute a Statement of Work ("SOW") to list the services requested by
City as well as the projected time fi•ame and amounts for said requested services; and
WHEREAS, the Parties previously entered into a SOW for Vendor to provide City with
temporary staffing services for the position titled "Maintenance Worker" for the TPW/Streets and
Stormwater Operations Department (CSC No. 54724-AD3); and
WHEREAS, the Parties agree to terminate the request for services under CSC No. 54724-
AD3 and hereby agree that no work will be completed or compensated under CSC No. 54724-
AD3.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, acting herein by the through their duly authorized
representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the Agreement as follows:
The parties agree that the recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby incorporated
into the Agreement, as set forth in full.

CSC No. 54724-AD3 ("Addendum No. 3/Statement of Work')ofthe Agreement, is hereby
deleted in its entirety. No work will be completed or compensated under CSC No. 54724-AD3,

All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.

This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts. each of which shall be
an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy
or computer image, such as a I'DF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall
have the same effect as anoriginal,
