THIRD AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 51220
This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 51220 ("First
Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth"), a municipal corporation
and Economic Modeling, LLC, a Idaho limited liability company ("Vendor").
WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 51220 beginning September 6, 2018 (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Vendor to amend the
Agreement to amend Section 1. Term, found on page I of the addendum.
NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, Fort Worth and Vendor, acting herein
by the through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend
the Agreement as follows:
1. The Agreement is hereby amended by replacing Section 1. Term, in its entirety
with the following:
Term. The Agreement shall become effective upon signing of the Agreement (the "Effective
Date") and shall expire on (1) year after the Effective Date (the "Expiration Date"), unless
terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement or otherwise extended by
the parties. The Agreement may be renewed for up to three (3) successive, one-year terms at the
City's option, each a "Renewal Term," with the final renewal term beginning August 31, 2021.
As may be necessary, as determined by City in its sole discretion, City may issue payment to
Vendor for this renewal term up to thirty (30) days prior to its effective date. City shall provide
Seller with written notice of its intent to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of each
term.
2. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement
not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
