FIRST AMENDMENT TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 52132
A LICENSE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH
AND
DAGGETT SOUTHSIDE HOLDINGS, LLC
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth, a home rule municipal corporation of the State of
Texas ("Licensee") entered into a license agreement (City Secretary Contract No. 52132)
("Agreement") effective March 18, 2019, with Daggett Southside Holdings, LLC ("Licensor")for
space located at 209 St. Louis Avenue Suite 104, Fort Worth, Texas 76104, more particularly
described in the Agreement("Premises"); and
WHEREAS, the Agreement provided for an initial term that ended on September 30, 2019
and two (2) automatic one (1)year renewal terms with the second renewal expiring on September
30, 2021;
WHEREAS, Licensee and Licensor desire to amend the Agreement to allow for up to five
(5) additional one-year automatic renewals which could potentially allow the Agreement to
continue until September 30, 2026 under the same terms and conditions pending any termination
as permitted under the Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements set forth in the
Agreement, Licensee and Licensor agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1.
The Agreement is hereby amended to allow for an additional five (5), one (1)year,
automatic renewals in addition to the renewals that have already occurred under Section 2.2 of
the Agreement.
2.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and
effect.
This Amendment to License Agreement is effective as of October 1, 2021.
