FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 42730
PRIVATE PROPERTY TOWING AND IMPOUND AGREEMENT
FOR THE WILL ROGERS MEMORIAL CENTER
This FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 42730 ("First
Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH,a home-rule
municipal corporation of the State of Texas ("City"), acting by and through its duly authorized
Assistant City Manager, and EARL'S WRECKER SERVICE, INC. ("Company"), acting by
and through its duly authorized President.
WHEREAS, the City and Company entered into City Secretary Contract No. 42730
("Agreement") to provide private property towing and impound services for the Will Rogers
Memorial Center;
WHEREAS, the primary term of the Agreement was for one year, beginning on January
15 2012 and expiring on January 1, 2013, with an option to renew and extend the Agreement for
additional one-year periods upon written mutual consent of the parties; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to renew and extend the Agreement for one additional
year on the same terms and conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the
parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:
I.
The City and Company hereby agree to renew and extend Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 42730 on the same terms and conditions for a one-year renewal period, to
be effective on the I" day January 2013 and expire on the last day of December 2013
("First Renewal Term").
2.
All terms and conditions of City Secretary Contract No. 42730 shall remain in full force
and effect during the First Renewal Term unless specifically amended herein.
