RECITALS

Secretary Contract No., 425175 (the! "Agreement"') to' authorize the use of public night o y for the
construction of various improve.. eats to e located at 2720, West Lancaster Avenue, Fort Worthl,

WHEREAS, it webs to execute this Amendment to the Agreement to revise the
Agreement to add a blade sign Lancaster Avenue to the ascription of improvements and
exhibits of the improvements, . to the public right of way.
