Contract No. CSC No. 54505 (the"Contract")
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth expires on September 22,2021
(the "Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the Contract's terms, the City may terminate the Contract
without cause with 30 days' written notice to contract. This letter is the City's official notice that
it is exercising its right to terminate the contract for convenience and this letter shall serve as City's
30 days' notice.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter, acknowledging receipt afthe
Contract Termination Notice. Failure to provide a signed acknowledgment does not affect
the termination.
