FIRST AMENDMENT TO SERVICE AGREEMENT AND ADDENDUM
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 55255
This First Amendment to SERVICE AGREEMENT AND ADDENDUM, Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 55255, (the "First Amendment") is made between the CITY OF
FORT WORTH ("City"), a Texas home-rule municipal corporation and SPSD, INC.
("Contractor"), a Texas Corporation, acting by and through its duly authorized representative.
WHEREAS on January 26, 2021 City and Contractor entered into that certain Service
Agreement and Addendum,Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 55255 (the"Agreement''), for
the provision of landscaping maintenance services on an as-needed basis for the City's property
located at 100 Energy Way, Fort Worth, TX 76102 with a total not-to-exceed amount of up to
$50,000.00 per year; and
WHEREAS, City and Contractor now wish to amend the Agreement to include seasonal
display services.
NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, City and Contractor, acting herein by
and through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the
Agreement as follows:
1. The services and quote included in Exhibit"A" of this First Amendment, attached
hereto and incorporated herein, are incorporated into Agreement's Scope of Services and Price
Schedule as if they had been originally set forth in the Agreement.
2. All other terms,provisions,conditions,covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
