BuyBoard contracts have been competitively bid to increase and simplify the purchasing power of government entities. A MBE/SBE goal is not assigned when purchasing from an approved purchasing cooperative or public entity. This agreement will commence upon City Council approval, and end May 31, 2021 to coincide with BuyBoard contract No. 611-20. The BuyBoard Agreement may be renewed at the City's option for two additional one-year terms if BuyBoard renews its contract. This action does not require specific City Council approval provided that the City Council has appropriated sufficient funds to satisfy the City's obligations during the renewal term. FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION: The Director of Finance certifies that funds are available in the current operating and capital budgets, as previously appropriated, in the participating departments' Operating and Capital Funds to support the approval of the above recommendation and purchase agreement.
