The PATH study determined that a much shorter tower of only 20 ft.above ground level would be required.Change Order No.2 provides for the following to accomodate the design change from the tower to the antenna: .Removal of 60 ft.lattice style tower,the tower foundation and all appurtenances. .Addition of 20 ft.pole style antenna to be mounted on the electrical building and all required appurtenances. It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an c,ccord and_at sfaction and represents payment in full(both time and money)for all costs arising out of,or incidental to,the above Change Order.
